Just a Minute is owned by the Christian Writers Group and promotes the Kingdom of God through the circulation of devotional articles based squarely upon the Scriptures. Christian Writers Group is an interdenominational fellowship which focus on the spread of the Good News of Jesus Christ though the mass media and to all corners of the Earth via the Internet.
In promoting its ministry, Just a Minute recognizes that its messages will invoke questions and therefore has put in place a well balanced panel of counselors and delights in giving prayer support.
Our views are totally Scriptural and we assert nothing more than what has already been revealed through Scripture. In so doing we believe the following fundamentals:
A person must be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven. (John 3:3)
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
How does a person become born again? St Paul explained in the Book of Romans how a person is saved. (Romans 10:9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Following salvation, we believe that one must be water baptized as a public confession of that faith. (Mark 16:16) He that believeth and is baptised shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Acts 2:38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
After accepting Jesus: (Matthew 5:13) Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its flavor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
