I am a wife, mother, and grandmother from Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA. My four grandchildren Faith, Mary Kathryn, Levi, and Brooke are the delight of my life and the source of many of the articles and stories that I write.

My husband and I are retired. Wow, what a retirement! Serving Jesus every day is such a joy. "They will still produce fruit in old age…" from Psalm 92:14 is the verse God has given me. And it is my desire to serve Him all the days of my life.

Being raised in a Christian home with a godly mother and father, I received Jesus as my personal Savior at the early age of eight years old. For as long as I can remember I have longed to know my Jesus more. So through the years and the mistakes that we as humans make, God knew my heart and today it is honoring my seeking heart by allowing me to write for Him.

Several years ago I asked the Lord if it was possible to take someone He had given the spiritual gift of serving and make a 'Mary' out of them, I would like to be that person. God honored my request and these days I love spending time in the Word and in prayer.

Today God is permitting me to be a contributing writer for Obadiah Magazine, Northeast Arkansas Parent, and Christian Motorsports Illustrated. Living By Faith to be published later this year by Obadiah Press will have one of my "Grandparenting" stories in it. Many of my articles and stories have been published on several websites and ezines and I am a staff writer sharing Christian motorsports articles on catchfence.com

Reaching retirement with a degenerate back has slowed me down a little physically, but I have found myself speeding up spiritually. Praise His Holy Name!
